What you'll see in the video is Rafa's view of what's been happening the last 12+ months in the Short-Term Rental space (like the AirBNB game, etc)

He shares his views on why right now actually, they are able to pick up more units than before & what the advantages are specifically right now

Amazing time to capitalize... but unfortunately so many who already have units (or are just getting started) are using the old methods that now will get you in trouble or just be costing you your margins and/or sanity haha

So this is an invitation to join a very small group of people to implement directly what he shares, with his direct coaching on implementation throughout the course of 7 weeks. There is not telling if this will be done again honestly.

This is going to be a 7 Week LIVE Accelerator (Technically 8 Weeks because we will have a Bonus week). We are doing this because we want to refresh some of our core content, and so we want real people with real roadblocks/opportunities in their STR Portfolio, so we can solve them in the exact moment together (over the next 7-8 weeks)

We have winning strategies going back almost 10 years now. We've seen the good times and bad (in fact you'll hear how we recently handled a mass closure and what we ended up doing with those properties) -- so we know what works and what doesn't

Right now we are hearing how people are having a tough time with their margins... yet we are doing better than ever.

So this will be the opportunity to bring a small group into our world in real-time and make sure you're moving as quickly as possible to grow your holdings. This will take place in a small private community (likely a chat location to where you have real-time access so we can answer quickly -- we want to accomplish AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE in the span of a super short time window, so we can show how much can truly happen in just 7 Weeks)

Right now it's looking like 15-20...

If we feel that 15 feels like we can move faster with each of your specific goals, then we may cap it there...

But if we feel that we can handle a few more then we may raise it to 20 max

There are 3 main parts to this:

• First Part: There will be 1 core Live Session per week (day TBD since Rafa will be in Japan during the beginning of this)

• Second Part: You will be placed into a private group chat with Rafa directly... so you have real-time access to his brain & guess what, if he doesn't know something directly, we have a vast network of the exact people who do... so guaranteed we can answer anything you have for us

  -- the other massive benefit in here is that other people will ask things you weren't aware to ask, or be dealing with things ahead of you that help reveal the path... this is where some mega magic happens as well. Meeting others & strengthening your network in a very short amount of time (don't underestimate how powerful this is)... we are all likely doing well in life because of some people we once randomly met somewhere

• Third Part: We will actually have prepared material for you as well that we will share on the sessions directly. So they will be a hybrid of things we want to share & believe you should know, as well as working through your obstacles in real-time.

We really want people on Live because that is where we can get into the nitty gritty on making sure you're truly moving as quickly as possible & getting the most crafted answers to your questions. I want to show what we've been up to for the past 1.5 years as the market has shifted and flushed out many of the STR Investors who didn't know how to adapt

So this is fresh material, sharing what I have personally done for my portfolio, as well as what my buddies have done in the space as well

*And the reason we are going to do this Live in 2-3 hour sessions per week is so that I can hear your questions right then and there, and we can answer them together on the spot

The other benefit of a group is that you'll get to hear what others are experiencing, which means you're learning their lessons without having to experience it yourself... major cheat code

This question is always a bit funny to me... you know how much Real Estate is out there? I can't buy it all if I wanted to... even if I get together with all my real estate friends and pool our capital into a fund (which we do btw) we simply can't take advantage of everything out there. The largest funds in the world can't even scratch the surface.

And that's why this will help you win at a bigger level. Because the point is to capitalize on the local markets. To go where the big guys can't! And even small portfolios built like this, when setup properly (like we will show you how to do) provide a lifestyle most people truly do dream about. It has for me and my family anyway (the last 12 months I've been on trip after trip in some of my dream locations, all while this was running 100% without me)

So yes, it will feel amazing for me to share this with a select group of others who take this seriously. Again, if you only 'half-way' do things. Please don't register.

The good news is that this is actually going to work for both

While it's easier & better for you to already have Short-Term Rental Units to get major results in a shorter amount of time, you will still be able to source your first property if you're brand new

Sourcing 'more' properties is the same as sourcing your 'first' property... so the material will still be covered and the Questions will be answered as long as you bring them

*Management, Automation, Systems, Team, etc is all the same... you will just be on different points of that spectrum together, but it'll be covered and answered regardless

And yes, if you consider yourself already advanced in the number of properties or systems you run, that's great. We are too and will be able to show you how we've optimized our system.

We are looking at the official kickoff date to either be March 24th or the 27th

The initial objective is to see how fast we fill the seats, because if we fill them quicker then we will set the kickoff even sooner

Again, we just want to make sure we are vetting & curating a solid group of people, so if we must turn you down, we of course will let you know why -- it would be nice to take everyone but we simply can't if we truly want people to get amazing results by the end of this
